Speaking of checking in for flights, Southwest Airlines has issued an apology.
After a mother tried to board a flight with her 5-year-old daughter whose name is “Ab-City”, but it’s spelled ABCDE.
The mother says that they always try to pre-board because Ab-City has Epilepsy. She noticed that when she handed the gate agent her boarding pass. They didn’t tear it up like they normally do.
Instead, when she sat down, she overheard them laughing at her daughter’s name.
Not only this, the gate agent took a picture of the boarding pass and posted it on social media with all of the personal information on it
