Rosie Langello joined WTAJ as the sports reporter in September of 2018. She was previously a news producer and digital media manager at WBRE/WYOU in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Rosie attended Bloomsburg University for her bachelor’s degree in mass communications. Right after college, she attended the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University in Chicago for her masters degree in journalism concentrating on sports broadcasting.
Rosie was raised in Lebanon, Pennsylvania where she attended Cedar Crest High School and played field hockey and soccer. For many years, Rosie and her family coached the soccer team for Special Olympics, Lebanon County. She loves watching her older sister, Anna, try new sports in Special Olympics.
When she isn’t reporting she’s looking to see how well Ben Simmons jump shot is coming along and telling people how the Philadelphia 76ers will win the 2020 NBA Finals. Trust the process.
