Born and raised in Cherry Hill, NJ, Rebecca Petner is a Jersey girl with a touch of Philly. She comes from NBC10 in Philadelphia where she worked as Production Assistant, Writer, Field Producer, Assignment Editor, and Floor Director.
Rebecca is excited to produce Studio 814 and bring you the latest and greatest happenings in the community.
Rebecca loves improv comedy, and has taken various courses with ComedySportz Philadelphia. She also performed stand-up comedy at Helium Comedy Club in Center City Philly.
Rebecca studied Communication and Journalism at La Salle University and minored in History. She even studied Gaelic for a semester and visited Ireland with her travel study course. She loves to travel and knows how to say “Hi. How are you?” in over 20 different languages. If you see her around, test out her greeting skills and say hi!
