A native of Chicago, Jack Wascher joined WTAJ in February of 2018.
Before coming to Central Pa, Jack spent time in South Bend, Indiana where he helped launch a two hour Notre Dame Football/Basketball pregame show. Prior to that, he spent two years in California covering high school sports all over the Bay Area for the popular high school sports show 49ers Cal-Hi Sports Report.
Graduating from the Missouri School of Journalism, Jack will always have a soft spot for the black and gold, while also his favorite Chicago sports teams (Cubs, Blackhawks, Bulls, Bears). You’ll tend to find him on a golf course somewhere if he’s not working, going for his fourth hole-in-one.
