CLEARFIELD, CLEARFIELD COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — The Clearfield Arts Studio Theatre (CAST) is bringing Neil Simon’s funniest play, RUMORS, to their stage.
The show will run April 25 to 27, and May 2 to 4 at 7:30 p.m.
The show focuses on four couples who have come together to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the host and his wife. The host, however, just shot himself, and his wife is nowhere to be found. The host’s lawyer and his wife work to figure out what to tell the guests as they start arriving. As confusion and miscommunications mount, the evening spins off into a hilarious chain of events.
The show is directed by Matt Harlien.
Tickets are available online at ClearfieldArts.org, at the CAST office on Mondays from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. and at the box office 30 minutes before each show.
