STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (WTAJ) — Over the weekend Stephanie Henry got two big surprises. One of them was meeting Coach James Franklin and the other was when boyfriend asked for her hand in marriage.

Frank Curreri is a defensive coordinator at Calvert Hall College, a high school in Towson, Maryland.

Per his Facebook post he said

“This is exactly how I envisioned this happening. Stephanie is a Penn State Football fanatic and loves the game. We were at 7 on 7 tournament in Happy Valley this weekend and made it all the way to the final 4 out of a pool of 70 teams. I wanted my guys to be a part of this with me. Special thanks to Calvert hall Football and the amazingly humble and gracious Head Football Coach James Franklin of Penn State for agreeing to make our dreams come true and to be a part of a memory that Stephanie and I will never forget!“
