LAWRENCE TWP., CLEARFIELD COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ)  — A routine vehicle stop on Tuesday turned up homemade explosive devices and various drugs.

Lawrence Township Police arrested Gene Robbins, 39 of Woodland after they pulled him over on Fullerton Street and found two home-made explosive devices, 90 stamp bags of heroin, a large quantity of crystal meth and various pills in his vehicle.  Police also say a loaded syringe was found in Robbins’ vehicle.  Robbins also had his juvenile son with him in the vehicle at the time.  

Robbins was arrested and is facing various charges, including drug possession and child endangerment charges.

He was taken to the Clearfield County Jail.
