DuBois Police say they were called to a burglary on the 200 block of East Dubois Avenue.
That’s when police say 19-year old Daniel Tejeda charged at an officer. The officers were allegedly assaulted while trying to restrain him. All three of the officers were treated for minor injuries.
Tejeda was released yesterday after his arraignment. He will be back in court for his preliminary hearing Friday.
