Late Sunday night a large fire broke out inside the Susquehanna Hotel. That is located along Shawna Road (Route 219) just outside of Northern Cambria.
Multiple crews responded to the scene, including members of the Hope and Spangler Fire Companies. When first responders arrived on scene, flames could be seen coming through the roof of the building.
It took several hours to put out the fire, and the hotel was badly damaged. One firefighter told WTAJ News he believes one person was taken to the hospital.
