Chef Janet from Sip & Sauté by DeGennaro shares her recipe for One Pot Kielbasa!

One Pot Kielbasa

1/2 pound chopped Kielbasa  (can use turkey if desired)

1/2 of an onion, chopped

2 large potatoes, peeled and chopped

10 broccoli florets, no stem to be included

2 whole cloves of garlic, chopped

1 stick of butter

Incorporate all ingredients in a stove top skillet and cover with water.

Cook till potatoes are done and all other ingredients are hot and butter is melted.

Serve in bowls with your favorite hot bread.
