It has been nearly a month since former Penn State quarterback Tommy Stevens announced his transfer destination.

Stevens will link up with former offensive coordinator Joe Moorhead at Mississippi State.

Local media members had their first chance to speak with Penn State coach James Franklin since the departure of his team’s quarterback.
