ST. MARYS, CLEARFIELD COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — The City of St. Marys is hosting its yearly spring clean-up day on Saturday, May 18 from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Graphite Road in the city. 

Residents of the City of St. Marys can dispose of items that are hard to haul away by bringing them to the dump site.

 Many areas will be set up to take all metal scrap, tires, and general items.

 Items such as old furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, water heaters, barrels, etc. are allowed as long as they can be hand dumped by the residents.

Residents are asked to cooperate with the workers at the sites to ensure efficient sorting. 

There will be a minimum $2.00 fee charged for residential vehicular tires.

The following items will not be allowed: garbage, old cars, tree branches, clippings or grass cuttings.

 No hydraulic truck bed dumping is permitted.
