A new report shows that more than a third of eighth graders and seven out of ten high school seniors in Pennsylvania  have tried alcohol.

One in 6 sixth grade students admit to trying alcohol, according to the survey by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB)

The PLCB says the most troubling finding is the number of 8 to10  year olds who are trying alcohol and even drinking on a somewhat regular basis.

According to the PLCB, Pennsylvania remains below the national average for binge drinking by eighth and tenth grade students.
