A Centre County man accused of murdering his wife and later trying to cover it up is now set for trial.
On Wednesday, a judge ruled that there is enough evidence to move forward with the case of Charles Mcghee.
Mcghee allegedly beat his wife Courtney in June and set three fires in their Bellefonte home on Shady Lane to cover it up.
On Wednesday, a member of Bellefonte police and a fire investigator testified. They described the severity of Courtney’s injuries and the fire damage in the basement of the home.
