The musical duo Hops & Vines will hold a benefit concert in September, but first we get preview!

Hops & Vines is the duo of Christie Clancy and Jonathan McVerry. Christie has been singing for nearly her whole life. She grew up listening to the likes of Stevie Ray Vaughn, Patsy Cline, the Glen Miller Orchestra and Conway Twitty. Jonathan was inspired to be a musician thanks to Pearl Jam’s album “Ten”.  For the past 20 years, his interests have expanded, and now include a wide variety of music including Classic rock, punk, bluegrass and techno.

You can hear Hops & Vines live at “Hops & Vines and Friends” on Saturday, September 23 at Big Spring Spirits in Bellefonte from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. All proceeds from the event will benefit local charities.
