A 22-year-old is facing charges after allegedly driving under the influence and fleeing from police on Friday in Clinton County.

Police say they attempted to pull Brandon Rishel and a female passenger over on Jacksonville Road in Lamar Township when he started to speed off.  During the chase, Rishel lost control and spun out into a ditch on Nittany Valley Drive.

Rishel is also being charged for endangering the passenger.
