The State Correctional Institution in Somerset remains on lockdown after several fights between inmates.
The facility has been in lockdown since Sunday.
Officials say the inmates were using weapons made from wood or plastic eating utensils.
Drugs were also reportedly found.
Officials say none of the inmates have been seriously injured and no guards were hurt.
Prison officials say they now plan to search the facility.
