A couple charged in the death of a 10-month-old baby are one step closer to trial.
Police say Angalina Miller’s baby girl died while she and her boyfriend, Michael Wingard, were watching the infant.
They were charged with aggravated assault after doctors found the child brain damage.
Tuesday, Miller waved her preliminary hearing.
Wingard had his hearing continued.
