JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (WTAJ) — Primanti Bros. has taken the first step in adding a new location in Richland Township.

Bob Varner, with Pennswood Commercial Realty, confirmed the restaurant has signed a lease for the former Lonestar Steakhouse property on Galleria Drive.

Before they can move forward, drawings will have to be submitted and approved by the township.

The location gives quick access to the Johnstown Galleria Mall, along with other restaurants and shops.

No word on when the restaurant is expected to open.
