CHESTER HILL, CLEARFIELD COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — A man in Clearfield County has been arrested for possession of drugs and paraphernalia.
State Police in Rockview served a warrant on Ryan Bloom, 31, of Wallaceton Pennsylvania. He was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia on Alton and Ray Street back on April 30.
The individual was turned over to the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole and housed at SCI Benner.
Charges will be filed through District Court.
