A preliminary hearing for a Somerset County woman accused of stealing money from a cancer benefit has been postponed.
According to the Tribune-Democrat, Marcia Kimmel was scheduled to be in court yesterday, but the hearing was postponed until the new year.
Kimmel is facing two felony theft charges after reportedly helping with a benefit for a cancer patient, and then keeping some of the money for herself.
She is currently out of prison on bail. A new hearing date has been scheduled for January 24.
