ALTOONA, Pa. (WTAJ) — Back to school plans have changed for students in the Altoona Area School District.
The school board voted to move back opening days into the second week of September. In addition, only students in kindergarten through fifth grade will return to in-school instruction.
Students in grades 6-12 will be completely virtual for the first marking period. All children working virtually will receive chromebooks.
