Country Singer Paul Joseph Hoover is an underground country artist who just recently moved back to the area from Nashville where he tried to get his break in the industry.
The 2012 Cambria Heights graduate played at The Bluebird Café, Douglas Corner Café, and the Nashville Fontanel during his time there. Disappointed with the nature of the industry, he moved back home to Chest Springs, Pa. to try to prepare for his break with the hopes of returning to Nashville someday.
