Fleur de pomme de terre
Potato Flowel
2med Idaho potatoes thinly sliced
1tbsp fresh rosemary minced
2 tbsp light olive oil
Salt and pepper
2 Small zuchinni
Crab mix
8 oz lump crab meat
1 lg egg
1/2 tsp old bay
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp dill
1/4 tsp celery seed
1 tbsp sliced green onion
2 tbsp panko crumbs
Thinly slice potatoes shingle arrange in a non stick with olive oil, season with Rosemary salt and pepper. Cook on high for 3 min put in 450 degree oven for 6 minutes. Set aside. Cut zucchini on a bias in half hollow out and fill with crab mixture. Bake in oven at 450 for 9 minutes. Arrange atop potatoes.
