If you fought in the Persian Gulf Conflict between August 2, 1990 to August 31, 1991, you could receive a one time payment.
On April 24, 2006, House Bill 1820 was signed into law as Act 29 of 2006. It established the Persian Gulf Conflict Veterans Benefit Act.
Veterans have until August 31st to submit and application.
