The community is coming together to help a Clearfield County dog.
We’re told last week Lottie was found lying in the doorway of a home in Hawk Run with gunshot wounds in her face and foot.
The rescue group ‘One Dog at a Time’ took her to Metzger Animal Hospital in State College for surgery.
That group has now organized a car wash to benefit the dog. It’s being held on Saturday, June 30, 2018 from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. at 319 N Centre Street in Philipsburg.
Officials still don’t know who shot the dog and are looking for information.
