A Blair County Megan’s Law sex offender is charged with failing to update his address.
Kenneth Vanallman, 56, had moved in July and failed to update his address within three business days.
His last known address was 315 Tipton Road in Tyrone.
If anyone has any information or has seen this individual, they are asked to call state police.
