Cheese steak crostini ( crostini is Italian for little toasts)
Sliced thin steak for a steak sandwich I use steak um
Cheese whiz
Sautéed onions or caramelized( slices in rings)
Baguette Bread sliced and toasted
Use some butter to cook your onion slices till translucent
add meat till brown and I cut mine up fine
spread cheese whiz on baguette slices that have been toasted with some olive oil
add meat and onions
serve as appetizers before a game or Thanksgiving
