A fundraiser this weekend will benefit the family of a local PennDOT worker who died.
The Shotgun Shoot fundraiser is being held Sunday, November 11 at 2 p.m. and will benefit the family of Bryan Chamberlain, who died in a work-related accident in September.
The fundraiser is being held at the Three Valley Sportman’s Club at 910 Polecat Road in East Freedom.
The entry fee is $25, and includes meat prizes for the first eight rounds of the shoot.
Chamberlain grew up in the Claysburg area, and graduated from Claysburg-Kimmel in 2006. He is survived by his wife, his parents, his sister, brother-in-law, and a nephew.
Proceeds from the Shotgun Shoot will benefit the Chamberlain family.
