Giant and Martin’s food stores have announced a dog food recall.

Nature’s Promise Chicken and Brown Rice Dog Food with best by dates of November 1st through November 8th are being taken off the shelves because they may contain too much Vitamin D.

That can cause vomiting, loss of appetite, weight loss, increased drooling, increased urination, and increased thirst in dogs.

If you bought one of those bags of dog food you should call Giant and Martin’s customer support center at 1-888-814-4268 or Sunshine Mills, Inc. customer service at (800) 705-2111 between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday – Friday.
