The flags are at half-staff in honor of an Army Sergeant from Pennsylvania who was killed overseas Sunday.
24-year-old Sgt. Jason Mitchell McClary was killed when an improvised explosive device went off in Afghanistan.
The U.S. and commonwealth flags will be lowered to half-staff until sunset on the date of Sgt. McClary’s interment.
After that they will remain lowered in honor of former president George H.W. Bush until New Year’s Day.
