Police have made two arrests in a child endangerment case.
 
James Givler and Shannon Cullen were arrested at their at home along 5th Avenue Wednesday afternoon.
 
Police originally went to the house for a probation violation.  They said the home was so cluttered it was hard to move around inside.  They also reported the house smelling like feces, urine and rotting food. 
 
There were four children from ages one to ten years old living in those conditions. The home was condemned.
