A Pittsburgh-based wing chain opened a new restaurant in Johnstown.
Big Shot Bob’s House of Wings officially opened its location at 1171 Hunt Street on January 2.
The restaurant hired about 20 employees and already has some regular customers, like Tim Miller, who’s eaten at the restaurant three times.
The menu features burgers, sandwiches and more than 180 wing flavors.
“Perfect combination: cajun and BBQ,” said Brian Dyson, another customer.
“The sign in the window that says ‘best wings in Johnstown’ seemed bold at first,” said one waiter, Jason Sweet. “Everyone I talked to says, ‘You have to put it in the conversation, at least.”
The wing joint is open every day. You can check out its Facebook page for the restaurant’s hours. Just remember: it’s cash only.
