Hurricane Dorian has dropped to a category 4 storm but is still very dangerous and has slowed to a crawl along the northern Bahamas. There is little change in the thinking as this storm will continue to crawl before being lifted northward before directly striking the Florida coastline. Though keep in mind this will still cause tremendous coastal flooding from Florida into the Delmarva.
