Jerry Sandusky’s hearing as part of his Post Conviction Relief Act petition scheduled for Friday, May 20 has been cancelled.

According to a court order, counsel agreed to reschedule.

Sandusky is seeking a new trial. He maintains that he is innocent of the charges against him and claims he was unfairly represented in his trial.

The former Penn State assistant football coach was convicted on 45 of 48 counts of child sexual abuse in 2012.
