A new senate reports says that at least four automakers are still selling vehicles with the defective Takata airbags, despite a pending recall.

The U.S. Senate Commerce Committee says that Toyota, Volkswagen, Fiat Chrysler and Mitsubishi are allowed to use the airbags in models currently in production, but regulators say they must be recalled by 2018.

At least 13 deaths and more than 100 injuries have been linked to the defective airbags.
