Ferguson Township Police want your help to find a man who they say robbed a jogger at gunpoint on Friday night.
It allegedly happened around 9:15 Friday on the bike path at Havershire Boulevard in State College. Police said the suspect took the 26 year-old college student’s fanny pack and then hit him on the head with the gun.
The fanny pack was found a short distance from the scene with all of its contents, except for cash.
The suspect is described as a black male, between 5’10” and 6′ tall. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and dark sweatpants.
Anyone with information is asked to call police. Centre County Crimestoppers is offering a $1,000 reward for information that may lead to an arrest.
