State Police in Dubois are investigating a crash that injured one person.

It happened Monday on Shamokin Trail in Brady Township, Clearfield County near Barbas Road.

Police say a truck rear-ended a horse and buggy throwing the elderly driver  from the buggy. He was transported to UPMC Altoona by medical helicopter.

No charges have been filed as police continue to investigate.
