Sheetz will become the first store chain in Pennsylvania to sell wine following the passing of Act 39.
Sheetz Board director Louie Sheetz will join Speaker of the House Representative Mike Turzai Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the Shippensburg Sheetz location for the first official sale of a bottle of wine at a state convenience store.
Sheetz says it will enforce a 100% proof-of-age policy from any customer wanting to purchase alcohol.
