HARRISBURG, DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — Pennsylvania’s attorney general and 43 of his colleagues filed a motion, Friday, in a case alleging price fixing in the sale of generic drugs.

They want the court to unseal their complaint against Teva Pharmaceuticals and 19 of the nation’s largest generic drug manufacturers.

The complaint alleges a broad conspiracy to artificially inflate and manipulate prices for more than 100 drugs.

The lawsuit claims that some  prices are inflated by more than 1,000 percent.
