A summer party near Grampian has led to criminal mischief charges.
Police say three men punched a man’s pickup truck on July 9 and knocked out the headlights with a crowbar, totaling it.
The victim told police he was moving his truck closer to the campfire off Walltown Road around 3 a.m. for a place to sit, when a man pulled him out and accused him of clipping his truck, according to the complaint.
Carl Gathagan, 20, Clearfield; Travis Cowfer, 23, New Millport; and Brandon Borger, 20, Clearfield, are all facing charges.
Gathagan is also charged with harassment.
