A new business incubator called 814 WORX is set to open early next year in Johnstown.

 

It’s a place for start up businesses or those who work from home and can’t afford a permanent office space.

 

Entrepreneurs can expect a comfortable environment, gourmet coffee and high speed internet, so work can be done efficiently. 

 

The creator of 814 WORX says the goal behind the project is for local entrepreneurs to come together and collaborate to solve the bigger problems the area faces. 

 

“You have the flexibility of working from home but you also have the advantages that the office has,” Ethan Stewart said. “Which is collaboration and socializing with your employees.”

 

An official open date has not been set.
