A 3-month old baby was rushed to the hospital in critical condition, after police say its father shot the child in the head with what they believe was a BB gun.
20-year old Zachary Black was arrested for aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.
Johnstown Police said Black claims he was spinning around the BB gun, like a cowboy, when it accidentally fired.
The baby was flown to Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh.
