The autopsy for the man killed in a landfill collapse is complete.
William Pierce died from compressional asphyxiation due to environmental entrapment.
Pierce was found inside the wheel trash compactor he was driving Friday around 1:20 p.m.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
He was trapped after the landfill pile he was working on collapsed burring him under 40 feet of debris for two days.
OSHA is still investigating this incident.
