The Ferguson Township Police Department has obtained arrest warrants for two of the three suspects involved in the Uni-Mart robbery in January.
 
The store is located on West Aaron Drive.
 
53-year old Jimmy Carter, of Erie, was already facing several charges, before being arrested on Feb. 10 in Erie. At the time of his arrest, he was in possession of a handgun. Carter is currently being housed at the Erie County Prison on $25,000 bail and will be brought to Centre County for his arraignment at a later date. 
 
Carter’s charges include Robbery, Discharge of a Firearm into an Occupied Structure, Theft by Unlawful Taking, Receiving Stolen Property and Recklessly Endangering Another Person.  Erie City Police also charged Carter with Possession of a Firearm Prohibited and Firearms not to be Carried without a License.  
 
35-year old Ted Johnson, also of Erie, is facing several charges, but is not currently in custody.
 
Johnson’s charges include Conspiracy to Commit Robbery, Theft by Unlawful Taking and Receiving Stolen Property.
 
The Ferguson Township Police Department is still working to confirm the identity of the third suspect.
