A man who hit and killed a Ligonier Township Police Officer while driving drunk learned his fate.
Police say on May 5, 2015 that Clair Fink III was driving along route 30 in Westmoreland County when he crashed into Lt. Eric Eslary killing him and injuring his K-9 partner. He will spending 12 to 30 years in jail and have his license suspended for three years after his release.
